Greens are disappointed to miss out narrowly on a European seat in the East of England. However, we are very pleased with the vote in Norwich, a target seat for the next General Election. Greens came in 1st place and 25% of the vote in Norwich City, which bodes very well for
the general election.
Meanwhile in parts of Central St Albans Greens polled up to 28% of the European vote - better than any other party. And across the district of St Albans as a whole, Greens are now the third-best supported party, out-polling Labour.
